Additional responsibilities include:
Selecting and retaining highly skilled service-oriented employees; modeling and upholding the LongHorn Steakhouse principles; motivating and retaining employees by providing ongoing training and development; regularly measuring and evaluating service levels and standards using guest and employee feedback; developing plans for continuous improvement.

culinary manager

The Grill Master. You guys make it legendary. Leadership over the preparation of fresh, never frozen meats and all the trimmings LongHorn offers. Our Culinary Managers get things done right with consistent planning, production, preparation, and prompt delivery of hot food. They foster energy, teamwork, and excitement within the kitchen.

Additional responsibilities include:
Ensuring efficient and successful execution of all culinary initiatives; selecting and training highly skilled culinary employees; motivating and retaining employees by providing ongoing training and development; continually developing culinary employees' cooking, food preparation, food safety, food and wine pairing and sanitation skills to ensure the delivery of legendary food.

staffing & training

Staffing & Training Managers are the go-to wine and beverage experts. Their duty is to make each dining experience steakworthy. By continually enhancing their own food and beverage product knowledge, as well as that of their team, they create an environment of genuine enthusiasm and passion, because a high tide raises all ships.

Additional responsibilities include:
Maintaining a high level of motivation, encouraging and achieving sales improvements for each employee; selecting, training and retaining highly skilled service-oriented and hospitality-focused employees; conducting and coordinating ongoing training for employees and managers to develop food and beverage product knowledge and sales skills, focusing on food and wine pairing.
