• ½ cup grilled pineapple
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz Sweet & Sour
• 2 oz of your favorite tequila (We recommend 1800 Reposado tequila)
• ½ oz Falernum Syrup
• ½ cup of ice to chill
• Pineapple sugar
• Ice
• Lime slices
PROCEDURES
Pineapple Puree:
Combine ½ cup grilled pineapple & 1 oz pineapple juice in pint glass
Muddle
Pour muddled pineapple into shaker
Combine remaining ingredients into shaker:
2 oz Sweet & Sour
2 oz of your favorite tequila (We recommend 1800 Reposado tequila)
