•  ¼ cup diced, ripe mango
•  ½ teaspoon Ginger
•  1 oz Nelly & Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice
•  1 oz Rose's Lime
•  1 oz Simple Syrup
•  1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
•  1 egg white (refrigerated, pasteurized)
•  ½ cup of ice to chill
•  Key Lime Sugar
•  Ice
•  Lime slices

Mango Puree:

1. Combine ¼ cup diced, ripe mango & ½ teaspoon Ginger in pint glass
2. Muddle together
3. Pour muddled mango puree into shaker

Combine remaining ingredients into shaker:

• 2 oz of your favorite tequila (We recommend 1800 Reposado tequila)
• 3 oz Margarita Mix
• ½ cup of ice to chill

Ready to Serve:

1. Shake! Shake! Shake!
2. Rim Margarita glass with Chipotle Salt
3. Pour into Margarita glass filled with ice
4. Garnish with lime slices
