Recipes inspired by our chefs

•  ½ cup diced watermelon
•  1/8 inch slice of jalapeno
•  2 oz of your favorite tequila (We recommend 1800 Reposado tequila)
•  1 oz Watermelon syrup
•  3 oz Sweet & Sour
•  1 oz Simple Syrup
•  ½ cup of ice
•  Chipotle salt
•  Lime slices

Watermelon Puree:

1. Combine ½ cup diced watermelon & 1/8 inch slice of jalapeno in pint glass
2. Muddle together
3. Pour muddled watermelon puree into shaker

Combine remaining ingredients into shaker:

• 2 oz of your favorite tequila (We recommend 1800 Reposado tequila)
• 1 oz Watermelon syrup
• 1 oz Sweet & Sour
• ½ cup of ice to chill

Ready to Serve:

1. Shake! Shake! Shake!
2. Rim Margarita glass with Chipotle Salt
3. Pour into Margarita glass filled with ice
4. Garnish with lime slices
